Very nice service the food was plentiful and tasty the stay was pleasant and quiet ?
The food is really delicious, but unfortunately the unfriendly staff ... doesn't work at all. Actually a shame but apparently the owner doesn't care because with the many negative entries nothing changes.
After half an hour still no menu and not even after asking no qualified staff make the guests had no food after 1.5 hours and although the shop was not full we left
14 "reserved" terrace places under a rolled-up sun sail in the blazing sun. After an hour still without drinks. Only after repeated requests first drinks and distribution of the menus. After six guests who came later had received and paid for their drinks and food at a neighboring table and the orders for the food had not even been taken in the 14 reserved seats, the first of these 14 guests left after paying their drink bills. Four other guests who were not part of the group also left because they couldn't even order drinks. It's amazing that in Corona times a restaurant can afford to do without 18 hungry new customers.
We have been regular customers for many years and are extremely satisfied in every respect. No disappointments in terms of cuisine, quality, service or prices. And we are really often in the boathouse. In summer it is important to reserve in good time if you want to sit outside. It can also be important in summer to bring some time with you when the terrace is well occupied and there are also many tables in the restaurant. This is the case in all restaurants and beer gardens in summer. Everyone knows it from their job, you cannot simply adjust the number of employees hourly with the dimmer. Every kitchen has a maximum size and can only handle a certain number of dishes and pizzas per hour. Yes, then you have to wait a bit for the first or the next drink, or until the food comes. We also consciously go to the boathouse to relax and enjoy the time. Cosimo, please continue like this with your team.
Great location, great location on the dike, nice staff, good home-style cuisine at good prices.
What a letdown. It started with an unfriendly reception. Then we had to wait about 15 minutes until we could at least hand in the drink order. The food was the biggest disappointment, not only that my friend got her noodles and I had to wait 5 minutes before I got mine. It tasted like ready-made food and had been served carelessly on the plates. It has nothing to do with delicious Italian food.
Had ordered a table for 2 people today (a Wednesday) - when we were there on time, we were assigned a seat in the outside area in the blazing sun (over 30 degrees), although almost all seats were free ... After 15 minutes we got a wait we the menu, but a drink order was still not accepted ... We accepted all of this without comment! But when the head of the house came up to us to inform us that the table would be needed for other guests in 60 minutes, we reacted slightly confused at the beginning and even asked to go to one of the other free tables (in the shaded area ) switch!!! Here it turned out that it was the boss himself who had accepted our reservation - and instead of saving the situation, he reacted snuggly and aggressively! Then of course we got up and left - the boathouse Elsfleth Da Cosimo will definitely not see us again !!!!
If you don't feel like doing your job, or if you can't really look forward to the bustling activity in the restaurant as a restaurateur, then that's how you should think about it. For a (as he calls himself) pizza master, the pizza he ordered was a disaster. The topping was "so slapped" ... you probably didn't have time to do it properly in the kitchen. Well, it wasn't the Italian pizza maker who prepared it, but the trained kitchen staff. As a guest, I definitely didn't feel comfortable. There is a kind of "command tone" when dealing with the guests. Attentive, friendly hospitality is different. As a paying guest, I expect a different service overall for my money. We are often in the harbor by boat - but in the future we will definitely not go out to eat at the "Pizza Master". After several attempts that was the last for now. I would like to positively highlight the Aperol-Spritz - they "can" ... and the size of the glass is also impressive.
The area is great and the restaurant has tasty food. I recomment. Make a reservation is better. Bootshaus has a great terras breakfast service.
A wonderful summer atmosphere couldn't be better sitting outside with wine and pizza
On the day there was only cold cherry cake, probably from a supermarket chest. What a shame..
We liked it here - it was quiet and idyllic. We sat on a large, cozy terrace with a beautiful view. The menu was very promising. The pizzas were really delicious. The service is friendly. A visit is definitely worth it. We liked it a lot
We were eating here today. We can recommend the pizza with a clear conscience and apart from the drink fiasco, which I will go into in more detail, we had a nice evening here. It was a thing with the drinks. We ordered a normal cola. According to the card, we should get a 0.3 liter coke for € 2.80. (Only one size (0.3 liters) was offered). Then a 0.4 liter cola was brought, which was charged on the invoice for € 3.90. When paying and after consultation with the owner, we were told that this was so common. Quote: "With a Chinese you get a big drink if you order a small one". I didn't quite understand what he meant by that, but well. He did not want to get involved in an objective discussion and talked us out of the bar unreasonably. Our neighbor table was allowed to experience a similar situation. A large amount of water was ordered here. To the surprise of everyone, they got an entire bottle of water ... Summary: delicious pizza, relatively friendly service and an unsightly ending with an inconsiderate and not customer-oriented boss who gives a shit * on factual feedback and rips off in my opinion.
Delicious pizza, Service friendly and fast, Card payment is possible. Easy to reach by bike. You can sit on the terrace. View of ships lying there.
Today again a nice (surprise) pizza eaten by the boss. Plus a nice beer and enjoying the view. Simply great. Until the next visit
The ambience is still mega. The food has unfortunately decreased a bit ? However, we have all had enough ? We will try again in a few weeks ? The shop is worth it
The food was good even if we had to wait half an hour. The service team was a disaster. After the meal the table was not cleared, empty glasses were ignored and would have liked to have a drink. Never again. Max. ten
Here we have to break a lance. It was our first time here on the recommendation of a friend. Service very friendly and competent. The food took a while, but very, very good. We will definitely come back again. Thanks for that.
Tasty Italian food, lovely owners and cozy restaurant.
Famous for its pizza by the river, but other dishes are also great. I recommend the mushroom onion steak, the tuna pizza is also great. Salads are a little small, though. Service was very fast and the waiters were friendly. If you have time, come by and have a pleasant night. Don't forget to make a reservation if you are coming at night. There is also a playground in front of it.
It was brought the wrong food for three of our seven people. Accordingly, we could not eat together. The three pizzas were too long in the oven and thus in some places black. The rooms are cozy, unfortunately we had a table in the middle of the room, we could not see enough. Because there was not enough light there. That was a problem especially for the older people. Very rude, we found the fact that when ordering a regular drink (juice spritzer, coke) without notice 0.4 liter glasses were brought. In the menu there is not the size. It's not OK.
